Zayne Vance, University of Mississippi '25
Hailing from Ripley, MS, Zayne recently graduated from the University of Mississippi with B.A.'s in History and Theater. He plans to pursue a career in historic education either in the museum field or as a college professor.
While at the museum Zayne is working on reenactment scripts, public programs, and our Fall/Winter exhibit based on The Rejected Stone signed by Susan B. Anthony.

Sarah Briggs, MCLA '26
Sarah is a local in Berkshire County and a rising senior at the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts where she is studying Arts Management and Art History. She is pursuing a career in museum education and curation with a goal of making museums more accessible.

While at the museum Sarah is orchestrating our July 3rd Reenactment event in Adams, July 4th reading in Williamstown, creating promotion for our summer exhibit, installing our exhibit, and assisting with museum outreach programs and events.
Fall Internship Applications Open in July!
The Susan B. Anthony Birthplace Museum seeks two Fall undergraduate interns. We are a historic house museum in northwestern Massachusetts. The Museum has a small but dedicated staff of employees and volunteers. We are seeking motivated individuals willing to help in a variety of multidisciplinary projects. Student who reside in Massachusetts and can contribute in person will be given priority.
Listed below are the relevant academic fields for our program. There is overlap between related disciplines, so creative combinations of these projects is encouraged. Successful candidates should be willing to choose several foci from the lists and help integrate them into a single program.
In order to get the full Museum experience, some public relations, business and day to day operations of running a museum will be integral to the position. Besides a project designed for their own academic development, interns are expected to assist staff with providing tours, working in the gift shop, and interacting with volunteers.

Applicants are expected to be self motivated and willing to work creatively within budget/technology constraints.
